NorthShore Medical Group is currently seeking an exceptional BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician for our outpatient Comprehensive Care Center in Glenview, Illinois. Successful completion of a Geriatric Fellowship is required.

The Comprehensive Care Center at NorthShore University HealthSystem focuses on the growing complexity of medical care that some patients require. The CCC care model offers longer visits for patients, and a multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, nurse practitioners, a Pharm.D., and a social worker. In addition to excellent primary care, the team also focuses on advanced care planning, transitional care management, and chronic care management.

In addition to patient care, physicians at the Comprehensive Care Center, as part of NorthShore’s academic affiliation with the Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago, provide geriatric education to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Residents. Academic appointments are available to qualifying physicians.

Position Highlights

  • Development of a clinical practice
  • Minimum of 30 bookable hours a week
  • Participation in weekend/weekday call
  • Teaching of residents as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

  • Board certified by ABIM, AOBIM, OR ABFM
  • Geriatric Medicine Fellowship
  • BE/BC For the ABIM Geriatric Medicine certification exam
