First Docs is a large, physician owned practice that started in the Philadelphia and NJ market 12 years ago and has been expanding nationwide! We are currently looking to add physicians to the team in our Tennessee Market.

Our approach to recruitment is different from most, as we can customize what you are looking for depending on your specific needs and career goals.

We find that physicians with an internal medicine background (like our CEO) make a great fit in these settings, in turn creating a more flexible schedule and more lucrative compensation structure than most internal medicine roles.

For full-time we offer the following:

• Skilled nursing, assisted living settings
• No Nights or Weekends
• “Round and go” flexible hours
• Base guarantee, plus w/RVU structure
• Physicians are in the $300K - $350K range with bonuses
• Leadership opportunities are available if desired, with additional stipends
• Full benefits - 401K at 3% match day 1
• Malpractice with tail
