Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician with Geriatric Experience - Outpatient
This position is to service a Nursing Home.
This city is located in the Northern part of the state in a family oriented community of 10,000 people. You are 90 minutes to Bangor Maine and 2 hours to Portland Maine and less than 1 hour to Presque Isle where the airport and medical school are located.The hospital is a small critical access hospital.
There are 28 skilled nursing/nursing home beds on the hospital campus.The hospital serves a population of 20,000 people.Services are typical of a rural community hospital and include a 24 hour physician covered ER.
Hours: 4 day office work week -Tuesday -Fri ; No nights, weekends , or holidays. This is a Hospital Employed Position
The Family Practice/Internal Medicine Physician in this practice will work in the nursing homes on the hospital campus on a Outpatient Basis.
8 weeks vacation plus 2 weeks CME
