Details of Position:

·Compensation: $325,000 annually + RVU Production Bonus
·Number or Shifts: 7 on, 7 off w/back-up night call (negotiable)
·Term: Twenty-Four (24) months
Health Insurance: Available with Bi-Weekly premium deduction
Disability Insurance: $6,000 per year for documented expenses (taxable)
Dues/Membership/CME Fees: $5,000 per year for documented expenses
Malpractice liability: Covered by practice
Pension Plan: 401(k) with corporate match
Sign on bonus:$10,000
