### Locums | Critical Care APP (PA/NP) | Hershey, PA (Active PA License Required) ### Why This Role Join a cardiovascular critical care team at a Level I trauma center, managing high-acuity cardiac ICU patients under an intensivist’s guidance. This role is designed for an experienced APP proficient with advanced mechanical circulatory support, cardiac transplant patients, and bedside procedures. ### Assignment Details
- Start date: As soon as credentialed
- Coverage authorized through March 31, 2027
- Assignment is limited to this period; extension beyond March 2027 is not confirmed
- Three 13-hour shifts per week
- Day shift: 7:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.
- Night shift: 7:00 p.m.–8:00 a.m.
- Must participate in nights, weekends, and holidays
- Inpatient cardiovascular critical care setting
- Approximately 8–12 patients per shift
- 30-bed department
- Cerner EMR
- No call
- No guaranteed hours
- Overtime is not preferred
- Lunch is unpaid and excluded from worked hours
- Approximately 60–90 days for credentialing
