- Coverage Need:
- 4/15 - 4/30 NIGHTS (7p-7a) at Main Campus (Site #1), will also be required to take Tele-ICU calls from second site.
- Other Days/Nights as needed TBD
- Will credential at four separate hospitals within 1 hour of main campus
- Must be willing to cover Tele-CC at night for other sites, from on site location working
- Night shift at main campus needs April 15th-30th (long stretches are preferred)
- Shifts:
- DAYS: 8hr and 10hr shifts
- NIGHTS: 12hr shifts
- NIGHT Tele-CC
- Clinical Information:
- Open ICU's
- Procedures: Intubations, Central Lines, Arterial Lines, HD catheters, Chest tube
- Is provider required to respond to codes? Yes, while in-house
- Site #1
- 30 ICU Beds
- DAYS: 13 pts + take tele-CC calls from 4 bed critical access hospital (Approx 2pts)
- NIGHT shift: 2-3 admits, highest 5-6 including upgrades on a busy night (HM does all ICU H&P- ICU providers are expected to manage after HM admits)
- Site #2
- 4 ICU Beds. Critical Access hospital
- This site will be 100% covered via Tele-CC while working at Site #1)
- Site #3
- 10 ICU Beds. Will require in person (2 hrs seeing avg. 3 pts) and tele-CC coverage – Will be grouped with the provider covering Site #4, so it will require some travel between sites (approx 35 mins)
- Site #4
- 10 ICU Beds. Will require 6 hrs in person (Avg. 4 pts) - time will be shared between this site and Site#3. Evening and night shift will be covered via tele-CC
- EMR:
- Cerner- will be switching to Epic soon
- Required:
- Specific Procedures required? Intubations, Central Lines, Arterial Lines, HD catheters, Chest tube
- Need minimum availability of 5+ shifts per month
- Highly prefer candidate able to cover some of April 15-30 Nights.
- Must be flexible to cover Days/Nights/Tele-CC
- Must be open to credentialing and working at all sites
- Active CA License and dedicated CA DEA
- Must be Board Certified with 1+ years experience
