- 7 on / 7 off - 12-hour shifts - predominately daytime (1-2 evening weeks per year)
- $414,000 income plus benefits and PTO (opportunity to receive payment for accrued PTO)
- Open to experienced FP, IM or Med/Ped
- Must be comfortable seeing the occasional pediatric patient
- Average census of 12-13 patients - includes covering 4-bed ICU (avg 1 patient)
- Lots of support!
- EM docs and CRNAs are always available to support a challenge
- Co-manage ICU patients with Telehealth Intensivist
- NPs and Assistant Physicians on staff to support patients
- 0-3 admits per day
- ICU patients may be on hemodialysis, intubated, sepsis, stroke, vaso-presors, etc
- Lots of support!
