Clinical Responsibilities

• Round on 18–24 critically ill patients

• Supervise teaching services for residents

• Manage full spectrum: cardiac, neuro, trauma, medical, surgical

• Ventilation management: invasive (ETT/NT/Tracheostomy) & non-invasive (BiPAP/CPAP) 💨

• Procedures: Central Line, Arterial Line, PA Catheter, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Lumbar puncture 🩺

Call & Coverage Details

• Average ICU admissions per physician per day: 3–4

• Call ratio: APC/Resident on night coverage; variable call volume

• Weekend coverage only; must be available for all shifts listed

Requirements ✅

• Board Certified/Eligible – Critical Care or Pulm/Critical Care preferred

• Active Ohio License

• BLS & ACLS certifications

• Flu vaccine required; COVID vaccine highly preferred

• Must provide specific weekend availability
