JOB DESCRIPTION:
Medical Center in Alabama is seeking a Critical Care Intensivist to join our growing healthcare team. This position offers a unique opportunity to help build a robust critical care service in a rapidly growing community.
Key responsibilities:
Provide specialized care for critically ill patients in the ICU, managing complex and life-threatening conditions
Work a 7 on / 7 off schedule, offering work-life balance while ensuring consistent ICU coverage
Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for patients with severe illness
Collaborate closely with a supportive healthcare leadership team
Provide preceptor support to resident physicians on the critical care service
