Well-established hospital-employed Critical Care program seeks BC/BE Critical Care trained physicians to join a team of 6 physicians & 2 APPs. Covers 56 ICU beds: 32-bed med ICU, 10-bed neuro ICU, and 14-bed CVICU/step-down. This is a Critical Care-only practice with a 7-on/7-off block schedule, 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm), totaling 14 shifts/month. Located near lakes, rivers & under 100 miles from the Gulf Coast. Up to $100,000 Signing bonus package available.
Hospital Employee, Inpatient only. Minimal Call Ratio. Competitive Income Guarantee. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. Retirement plan provided. EPIC in use for EMR. Each team would include two other Intensivists and an Intensivist APP. Dedicated respiratory therapy and pharmacy services provided in ICU. After hours admissions and 1st call coverage provided by robust Internal Medicine Hospitalist program. Up to $100,000 Signing bonus package. One of the largest not-for-profit tertiary referral centers in Alabama serving over 600,000 within a 75-mile radius. Paid malpractice and tail coverage. PSLF eligible employer. Competitive salary with productivity bonus option. Level 2 trauma center with EM residency trained physicians. a dedicated lab for Cerebrovascular procedures.
