    • Nights (6pm - 6am)

      • 6/6

      • 6/15-6/16
      • 6/18-6/19
      • 6/25
      • 6/22-6/23
      • 6/29-6/30
    • Will have needs through August, but providers must be able to work in June to be considered
  • Clinical Information:
    • 24 ICU beds
    • Referral center
    • 2 MDs in house during the day and 1 MD and 1 APP in house at night
  • Required:
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Current Flu Vaccine
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
    • Active TX License
    • TX DEA or easily transferrable
    • Board Certified
    • ECMO Certified
    • Must be able to perform ECMO procedures
    • Clean malpractice/history - Requirement to be presented
