Requirements
- Active NY License
- NY DEA
- Must be Board Certified ACNP or PA-C
- Must have case logs and be able to perform intubations, c-lines and a-lines independently
- Must be able to do the majority of open dates
- Drive in (lodging okay) provider preferred
