Primary Care Physician needed for several locations in CT. We are seeking a full-time BC or BE IM/Peds (double boarded) or Family Medicine Physician. We have needs in Danbury, Ct, Norwalk, Ct, Wilton, Ct, New Fairfield, Ct Ridgefield, Ct and Caramel, NY. Positions are for Adult only, Meds/Peds or FM, and Women's Health.

Located about 45 miles north of NYC.

This is an employed position. Competitive total compensation package including base salary, incentive pay, paid time off, CME time off and allowance, medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k match, and contribution are included.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate primary care physician who will provide comprehensive care in a team-based environment to our population of patients. This includes not only caring for acute and chronic conditions but working with multidisciplinary support staff to promote the health and well-being of our entire panel of covered lives. This as a full-time, office-based position providing outpatient services only, utilizing a state-of-the-art Electronic Health Record fully integrated across all our hospitals and sites.
