Seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Infectious Disease physician to join a practice in northwest Indiana, 60 miles from Chicago.
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
36 hours of patient contact
Flexible clinic hours
Daily hospital rounding
Weekday Call 1:8
Weekend Call 1:4
Holiday Call 1:4
Call starts 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Average outpatient volume: 10 – 12 patients per day
Average inpatient volume: 12 – 20 patients per day
