Exciting opportunity to establish a full-time infectious disease specialty service. Community infectious disease physicians are currently offering limited services to our growing service area. This physician will practice primarily in an outpatient clinic with some inpatient consults and will have a close working relationship with our wound care team. We have health system-owned primary care and specialty practices in Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg counties. Inpatient services are provided by system-employed hospitalists; full specialty support for referrals, including relationships with Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. BE/BC experienced and new grad physicians are welcome. Offers competitive salary, educational stipend, sign-on bonus, quality and production bonuses and a lucrative benefits package.
