Schedule & Shift Details
- Coverage Type: Outpatient Clinic / Clinical Shift Coverage (No Call)
- Shift Times: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Volume Needed: Openings for 2 full-time or part-time providers on an ongoing basis
Qualifications & Requirements
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Infectious Disease
- Licensure: Active Indiana State Medical License or IMLC
- Certifications: Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
