Function: Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage HIV, HBV, HCV, and co-infections.
- Develop and monitor evidence-based treatment plans and patient outcomes.
- Provide preventive services including PrEP/PEP, STI screening, and vaccinations.
- Deliver patient education and support adherence strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community partners.
- Support program development, quality initiatives, and clinical mentorship.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements: Job Requirements
- New York State license, DEA, CSR preferred.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
