- Trauma Level: Level III Trauma Center

Requirements:
- Board Certified / Board Eligible – Infectious Disease
- Active Indiana Medical License (required due to urgent timeline)
- BLS Certification
- Flu and COVID vaccination (or approved exemption)
- Clean professional history preferred
