Join a collaborative Infectious Disease team delivering high-quality care within a robust referral network and strong inpatient support structure.
Position Highlights:
Join a team of 5 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
Practice mix: 80% inpatient / 20% outpatient clinic
Call schedule: 1:5
Inpatient rounding and consult volume: 12–15 patients per day
Clinic volume: 12–15 patients per day with APP support for follow-ups
24/7 Pulmonary Critical Care and Hospitalist coverage
Faculty opportunity with Internal Medicine Residency program
Built-in referral network
Collaborative, team-based care model
Requirements:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
Eligible for Iowa medical licensure
Compensation & Benefits:
2-year guaranteed annual salary: $285,261
$150,000 recruitment incentive
Paid malpractice insurance with tail coverage

Moving allowance up to $15,000
