Overview:
* Seeking a fellowship-trained, board-certified Infectious Disease Physician to join an established and respected ID program in Syracuse, NY.
* 451-bed community hospital serving Central New York.
* Join a dedicated team of three full-time Infectious Disease providers.
* Integrated practice model - hospital and on-campus outpatient clinic.
* Manage a wide range of complex adult infectious disease cases.
* Specialized care includes HIV/AIDS, chronic and acute bacterial infections, osteomyelitis, diabetic foot infections, multi-drug resistant UTIs, sexual assault cases, and complex antibiotic therapy.
* PICC line routine maintenance (no insertion required).
* Collaborative, team-oriented environment serving a diverse adult patient population.

Schedule Structure:
* Outpatient clinic (4 months per year): Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm.
* Inpatient service (8 months per year): 7 days on / 7 days off, 7:00am-7:00pm.
* Outpatient call supported by 24/7 nurse triage.
* Inpatient call shared rotationally among physicians.

Position Offers:
* Starting compensation: $230,000-$250,000 base.
* wRVU-based productivity bonus.

Requirements:
* Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
* Completion of ACGME-accredited Infectious Disease fellowship.
* Minimum of 2 years post-training experience.
* Experience managing HIV patient population.
* Strong clinical and collaborative communication skills. Estimated pay range/amount is $230,000-$250,000+.
