Position Overview
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Infectious Disease Physician to join our collaborative and mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, medical education, and infection prevention across diverse care settings.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert consultation and care for patients with a broad range of complex infectious diseases
* Develop long-term relationships with patients to support continuity of care
* Educate patients, families, and healthcare providers about infection prevention and control measures
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as clinically appropriate
* Participate in our Tuberculosis (TB) Clinic
* Share in a 1:3 call rotation
* Contribute to a team culture dedicated to inclusivity, innovation, work-life balance, collaboration, and fun
Qualifications
* M.D. or D.O. degree
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
* Current or eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
* Demonstrated commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
