Clinical Role:
100% focus on Infectious Disease for adult patients
Blend of inpatient (70%) and outpatient (30%) care
1:2 call rotation (half-day clinic, half-day inpatient during call week, clinic only during off week). Call is shared with a colleague, so it will alternate weekly
Work in a hospital setting with diverse and complex patient cases
Provide travel consultations, immunizations, and immigration physicals
Serve a wide range of patients, with options for outpatient IV antibiotics at home, in an infusion center, or nursing home
Participate in a weekly onsite CME program and additional CME/grand rounds
Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
Collaborate with a full complement of medical and surgical specialties, including interventional radiology
Serve in a supportive and collaborative team environment
