Specialty: Infectious Disease
Need: Jan-ongoing (Looking for full time candidates)
Schedule: Facility has two different required schedules. Provider will either work Inpatient rounding/clinic or Inpatient rounding with call.
Schedule:
Outpatient Coverage: Mon-Fri 8hrs
Call Coverage: Mon-Fri 8-10hrs rounding and/or clinic w/ evening and Sat & Sun 24 weekend call
Coverage needed for the following dates:
4/7 – 4/13 - Nampa
6/16 – 6/20 – Boise
9/8 – 9/12 - Boise
9/22 – 9/28 – Boise (Week including weekend coverage)
9/22 – 9/26 – Boise
9/29 – 10/5 – Boise (Week including weekend coverage)
Provider will hold pager during the weekdays
24hr weekend call coverage
Call back is rare after 9pm
Experience: hepatitis Rx, HIV, transplant ID, addiction medicine/OPAT, orthopedic and neurosurgical infections , teaching, stewardship, and infection prevention. Looking for someone with 4+ years experience post fellowship.
Board Certified IM Required
Completion of Infectious Disease Fellowship Required
DEA: Required
CSR: Required
License: Idaho or IMLC license only - Willing to license
