Schedule and Workflow
- Three weeks of outpatient with no call responsibilities
- One inpatient week per month with a 24-hour call that is typically very low volume
- Block-based scheduling for consistency and predictability

Compensation and Benefits
- Generous guaranteed salary for the first two years, followed by RVU-based compensation
- $75,000 sign-on bonus plus annual 5 percent incentive
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and malpractice with tail coverage
- PTO, paid holidays, CME time, and $4,000 annual CME allowance
- Relocation assistance up to $10,000
