Specialties Accepted: Infectious Disease Physician
Practice Setting: Multi-Specialty Clinic
Location: Alameda County, CA
Start Date: ASAP - Ongoing
Schedule: M – F 8a-5p
Minimum shifts/coverage to be considered: 40 hours per week
Typical procedures required: HIV Patients, Infectious Disease evaluations, treatment, minor surgical procedures, follow-up consultations.
Patients/day: 15-22
Ages: All Ages
EMR System: EPIC
Support Staff: 3-6 Physicians on-site, APRN, RN’s, 1 MA per provider
Credentialing/Onboarding Timeframe: 2-3 weeks with clean file
