A not-for-profit, multi-hospital health system is seeking an Infectious Disease Physician to join a well-established practice in Mishawaka, Indiana. This 100% Infectious Disease role offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, managing diverse cases including HIV, Hep C, Lyme disease, and complex infections, with minimal call and a supportive team environment.
Highlights include Monday–Friday scheduling, J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship, a $25,000 starting bonus, two-year salary guarantee, and productivity upside with wRVU and quality bonuses.
