Infectious Disease Opening in Texas Located in San Antonio, TX - 80 miles from Austin, TX Seeking a BE/BC Infectious Disease physician to join the faculty at the Texas Center for Infectious Disease (TCID) in San Antonio, Texas. Currently, two infectious disease physicians care for the patients in the TCID, in addition to teaching, students, residents and fellows from the UT Health Science Center. We are adding another physician to meet the states increasing needs in TB patient care. The current ID physicians will help direct the TB therapy, if the incoming physician is not familiar or comfortable with the management of tuberculosis.
