Position Details:
- Full-time employment opportunity- 100% Infectious Disease
- Work life balanced schedule 1:3 Call
- Blend of Inpatient and outpatient- approximately 70/30
- Office is located on the hospital campus
- ID Clinical Pharmacist and Nurse Practitioner on the team
- Well respected and valued team
- Patient Volume: Variable in hospital
- Wound Care opportunity is available if desired

Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Infectious Disease
- MD/DO Indiana license or eligible
- Consistent and consecutive employment/training history
- Excellent communication skills
