Hospitalists 18 shifts per month, including two (2) weekends Base salary - $180,000 Worked RVU rate - $48 Annual RVU Target ? 3,750; 937.5 target per quarter Annual potential quality bonus - $25,000, Quarterly bonus potential - $6,250 Signing/Commencement Bonus - $20,000 ? paid on first day of work Annual CME allowance - $2,500 Paid licensure and registration fees Paid medical malpractice insurance with tail Top-of-the ?line healthcare benefit options 401k retirement plan Nocturnists 7 days on, 7 days off ? works out to 16 shifts per month Base salary - $200,000 Medical education debt repayment of $48,000 over a two-year period ($2,000 per mo)
