Emergency Staffing Solutions has been providing customized management and staffing for emergency departments and hospitalists programs since 2001. ESS has been working with hospitals around the country including Texas, Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri, Tennessee, New Mexico and Oklahoma. We specialize in low and mid-volume facilities in rural and suburban settings across a dozen states.
- Census: 14-16 pts per day
- 12% admission rate, including observation pts
- Total Number of beds: 48
- 24 Med/Surg
- 4 ICU Stepdown
- 10 Geri Psych – Hospitalist does not round them
- Max Shift: 7on / 7off preferred
- Independent Contractor or Employed options available
- BCIM or BCFM with multiple years of Hospitalist experience
- Must have completed residency
- Required: ACLS
- 7a-5p on site
- 30 min response time after 5pm
- We offer a comfortable call room for after 5p. Hospital is very accommodating to any specific requests to make your stay as comfortable as possible
