The physician manages the delivery of quality patient care in accordance with standards of medical practice, ethics, and professionalism. The physician directs and supervises Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants on staff. We offer a competitive salary, medical benefits, vacation, and CME allowance. • Position: Full time
• Requires: ACLS

They normally take calls from home unless CCU patient admitted then they may need to come in to assess before midnight. We are also looking to hire two physicians so that they can get the scheduling to cover only 12 hour shifts. Just not enough help yet. We did have one full-time physician leave at end of February. So we have been using agency locums to help out. The schedule is flexible; some pay periods they may work more shifts than the next. We have one physician that is still doing 6-7 days at a time, but we would like them to only be at 4-5 in a row. The group of physicians make out their department schedule
