Job Description Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Hospitalists needed for growing inpatient private practice, covering Research Medical Center in Kansas City and Belton Regional Medical Center in Belton. Part-time, PRN and full-time physician positions available. We are looking for that special person to join our team! Opportunity Highlights: • Collaborate with the Hospitalist group to provide inpatient coverage including facilitating admissions, consults, discharges, etc. • Potential option to staff the Observation Unit to provide relief to busy Emergency Departments • Advanced practice providers available to support the physician as part of the overall care team and rounding efforts • Flexible shift schedule for full time applicants with the option to work 12 days on, 9 days off or 7 days on, 7 days off • Typical daily schedule is 7 am until 4 pm with the option to flex hours based on inpatient census and personal schedule The ideal candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in either Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. The incoming candidate will have a passion for inpatient medicine and willingness to collaborate with colleagues and specialists as you will be joining a cohesive team of physicians. New graduates will be considered, particularly if they have strong inpatient experience or training. Compensation commensurate with experience with bonus compensation available.
