*Physician Requirements: BC/BE Internal Medicine
Position Profile:
- Admit Average: 7 (mostly at night)
- Physician Rounding: 10 encounters independently, 16 encounters with APPs
- 30 beds
- 1 day Advanced Practice Provider and 1 attending on for 12 hours
- No procedures. Respond to codes and rapids with the help of ER colleagues
- Comfortable managing ICU patients
- Epic EMR
- W2 status with comprehensive benefits program including health, dental, vision, CME allowance, 401K with company contribution
