Locum Hospitalist coverage needed

Day Shift (7:00am – 7:00pm) + Night Call (7:00pm – 7:00am)

1 MD on Day shift

1 NP In-house at Night

16 - 18 Patient encounters per day (3 – 9 Admissions included)

Average 1 – 3 Admissions at Night

ED handles Rapid Response team

Responsible for running codes

Ability to manage Uncomplicated Vents, Intubate and Place Central Lines is Required but RARE
-
Site has only 1 surgeon and 1 CRNA on call – If they are in surgery the hospitalist needs to be available – THIS IS VERY RARE)

Sub-specialty support available: Anes, Cardiology, Gen Surgery, Nuclear Medicine, Ortho, Radiology
