• Day shift 7am-7pm, Night shift 7pm-7am
• 11/1 – 7am, 11/2 – 7pm
• 11/14 – 7am, 11/16 – 7pm
• 11/19 – 7pm, 11/29 – 7am & 7pm
• 12/24 – 7pm
• 12/25 -7am, 12/26 7am, 12/27 - 7am
• Some nights and weekends

Provider Requirements:

• NC DEA Required
• BLS Required

Facility/Job Description:

• Inpatient only
• Required to be on-site during call
• 3MDs on at day, 1 MD on at night
• Avg Total Inpatient Census: 46-50
• Avg number of patients/day/provider: 12
• Avg number of admissions/day: 3-8 in addition to daily patients
• Avg number of admissions/night: 6-8
• ICU/Critical Care Duties (8 beds) optional for day shifts; required for night shifts
• Responds to codes
