- Minimum 14 shifts per month – additional shifts available and paid
- Block schedule 7:7
- Shifts will be 7am-7pm
- Average daily patient encounters 14-20
- Procedures not required
- Must be comfortable with running codes
- Intensivists are on call
- Very low turnover in the Hospitalist group
