Join an established internal medicine hospitalist team with mid-level and specialty support. The hospital is located in Bucks County, about 28 miles north of Philadelphia. A 7 on 7 off day block schedule from 7am to 7pm. Enjoy lots of days off with your family or pick up extra shifts for extra income. There will be no nights as they have Nocturnists. You will have a reasonable average daily patient encounters of 15 to 17. There is an open ICU, but no procedures required as they have Intensivist support. Hospitalists are part of the rapid response team, so you will need to live within 30 minutes of the hospital in Bucks County. There is sub-specialty backup at night and mid-level support of everyday including weekends and house physician when needed.
