Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong future leadership potential for our one-year Hospital Medicine Management Fellowship to begin in July, 2019. Fellow candidates should be a graduate of an accredited IM residency program.

2019 Residents committing to the fellowship program and a Vituity practice before September 30th are eligible for a bonus.

Fellows will participate in a wide array of management and leadership experiences and will be an active member of the Vituity senior and executive management team collaborating on projects and developing products that impact the practice of hospital medicine. This opportunity grooms the Fellow for future administrative positions by developing the understanding of:

• The clinical, financial and regulatory issues impacting hospital medicine
• The leadership and management training necessary to successfully negotiate this environment
