Internal Medicine Physician / Hospitalist – Inpatient Role with Flexible Schedule
Location: Bristol, PA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with 1 in 3 weekend rotations

Position Overview
As an Internal Medicine Physician in this inpatient role, you will be part of a collaborative team managing a typical adult and geriatric patient population. Your day will include a mix of hospital and skilled nursing facility work, with manageable patient volumes and robust resident support. The average daily census is between 60–70, with a "round and go" model that allows for efficiency. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with lighter weekend shifts and the opportunity to engage in teaching and mentoring.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $215,000–$220,000
- Billing-based bonus potential, with many earning $300,000+ annually

Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician or a confident Family Medicine Physician comfortable in an inpatient setting.
