Locums – Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, Hospitalist Opening

Clinical Role

• Start November 16, 2026
• Inpatient Hospitalist coverage
• Broad inpatient population, including PCU patients
• Supportive Hospitalist team of approximately 5-6 providers
• Intensivist support available for ICU patients

Schedule & Coverage

• Day shift: 7:00 am-7:00 pm
• Swing shift: 10:00 am-10:00 pm
• Night shift: 7:00 pm-7:00 am — priority need
• No call

Support & Systems

• Epic EMR
• Hospitalist team support
• Intensivist support for ICU patients

Requirements & Credentialing

• Board Certified in Internal Medicine required
• Active Wisconsin license required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Annual influenza vaccination or approved exemption required
• Must document inpatient services or related outpatient hospital services for at least 10 patients within the previous 2 years
