- Need day shift coverage
- 7a-7p shift times
- Dates:
- Oct 27- Nov 3
- Dec 29 -Jan 4
- Patients per day: 15 - 18
- Patient demographics: This is for adult patients only. Over age of 18
- Support Staff: Will have APP assistance. Intermittent Fellow available
- Epic EMR
- Requirements: Board Certified, ND license, ACLS, BLS
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60 - 90 days.
