**7 On / 7 Off or 10 Shifts Per Month | Sign-On Bonus | Level I Trauma Center**
A large, established health system in Springfield, Missouri is seeking a **Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician** to join its Nocturnist team. The incoming physician will practice inpatient medicine at a **708-bed Level I Trauma Center** and join a collaborative Hospital Medicine team of more than 60 physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. This opportunity offers flexible block scheduling, competitive compensation, and the resources of a comprehensive regional health system serving nearly one million people throughout Southwest Missouri.

**Qualifications**
- MD or DO
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in **Internal Medicine**
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency
- Current or eligible Missouri medical license
- Comfortable managing hospitalized adult patients
- Strong clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a high-acuity hospital environment
- Commitment to collaborative, patient-centered inpatient care
