What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the admitting physician during night shifts, managing patient admissions and care in a closed ICU environment
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to provide high-quality adult patient care
  • Document patient encounters efficiently within Epic EMR
  • Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
  • Handle 6-8 admissions nightly during overnight shifts, with 4-6 admissions during 8-hour admit shifts
  • Maintain continuous communication with hospital teams and support staff
What You Need
  • Current Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatrics
  • Massachusetts state medical license or willingness to obtain
  • Valid DEA registration
  • Certifications in ACLS, PALS, and NRP
  • At least 1 year of relevant hospitalist experience
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work night shifts independently
