ICU Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – Nights

Location: 40 minutes from Nashville, Tennessee

Schedule: 7 Nights On / 7 Nights Off

Employment: Full-Time | In Person

Compensation: $160,000–$190,000 per year

A hospital-based critical care team located in Metro area 40 minutes from Nashville, seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA-C) to join its ICU team for overnight coverage.

This is an opportunity for an experienced ICU/critical care APP looking for a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule, competitive compensation, and a collaborative environment with physician support.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) – ICU Nights
• 7 nights on / 7 nights off
• 12-hour overnight shifts
• $160,000–$190,000 annual compensation
• Collaborative practice with critical care physicians
• Experienced multidisciplinary ICU team
• In-person hospital-based position

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA-C)
• Tennessee license or eligibility for Tennessee licensure
• Prior ICU/critical care experience required
• Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with physicians and the multidisciplinary team
• Central line placement and endotracheal intubation experience preferred, not mandated
