• Estimated Weekly Pay: $4,330 - $4,640
• Setting: Adult hospital medicine / inpatient care

Job Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Physician with hospitalist experience
• Active, unrestricted medical license eligible for practice in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of recent inpatient, internal medicine, or hospital medicine experience required
• Ability to provide daytime coverage independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and comfort managing acute adult inpatient care
• Locum tenens experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for adult medicine patients
• Perform daily rounding, patient assessments, and treatment planning
• Manage admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient follow-up during the shift
• Coordinate care with nursing staff, specialists, and other members of the hospital care team
• Document patient care thoroughly and accurately in the medical record
• Respond to changes in patient condition with timely evaluation and intervention
• Support high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital environment
