Job Requirements

• Active physician licensure eligible for practice in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospital medicine, internal medicine, or a similar inpatient setting
• Board certification or focused experience in hospitalist medicine preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort managing adult inpatient care
• Ability to work overnight hospitalist shifts and collaborate effectively with the care team
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient management skills

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality inpatient care for adult hospital medicine patients
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Coordinate care with nursing staff, consultants, and interdisciplinary team members
• Perform daily patient assessments, admissions, discharges, and ongoing treatment planning
• Respond to clinical changes and overnight patient needs in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with facility standards
