Hospitalist opportunity Location: Wheeling, West Virginia Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine • Seeking multiple Hospitalists to join a growing inpatient medicine team • Primary practice location based in Wheeling with a collaborative hospital-based environment • Responsibilities include providing comprehensive inpatient clinical care for patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions • Focus on diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases and injuries involving the internal organ system • Opportunity to establish and promote preventive healthcare practices for hospitalized patients • Work alongside experienced physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary care teams • Candidates must possess an MD or DO degree (or foreign equivalent) • Completion of an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program required • Eligible for state medical licensure at the time of appointment • Supportive physician-led environment with opportunities for long-term professional growth • Located in a community offering affordable living, excellent schools, and access to outdoor recreation • Convenient access to larger metropolitan areas while maintaining a strong work-life balance • Opportunity to practice within a large integrated healthcare network serving both community and regional patient populations
