### **Nocturnist opening in Morris, IL**
Located in Morris, IL – Joliet 30m; Naperville 45m; Chicago 60m
Full-time; Permanent
Employed
Seeking BC/BE Internal Medicine physician
No J-1 or H-1B visa support
### **Overview:**
* 7 on / 7 off schedule
* 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
* One Nocturnist in-house overnight
* Established Hospital Medicine program serving the community since 2009
* Approximately 95% of inpatient admissions managed by the Hospitalist team
* Average of 4–5 admissions per night
* Open ICU with specialty consultation readily available
* Intubations and central lines preferred, but not required
* Daily multidisciplinary rounds
* Excellent nursing, case management, social work, and specialty support
* Dedicated Hospitalist coding support
* Meditech Expanse EMR with Dragon dictation
* Additional shifts available for physicians seeking extra compensation

### **Comp/Benefits:**
* $300,000–$320,000 base salary, depending on experience
* Quality incentives available from day one
* Additional compensation for voluntarily picking up extra shifts
* $20,000/year medical education loan repayment, if applicable
