Practice Highlights
Help build a new OB Hospitalist program at a busy regional referral center featuring:
- ~3,000 annual deliveries
- ~1,400 OB Emergency Department visits annually
- 622-bed hospital with Level II Trauma Center designation
- Level III NICU
- Dedicated 8-bed OB Emergency Department
- 15 Labor & Delivery suites
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary Women's Health program
- Iowa's only maternal transport team
Practice at the Top of Your License
You'll care for:
- Obstetric emergencies
- Unassigned labor patients
- Vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections
- High-risk pregnancies, alongside Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists
- OB Emergency Department patients
Backed by a strong support team:
- Experienced OB nursing staff
- Three employed Maternal-Fetal Medicine physicians
- Anesthesiology and Neonatology
- Family Medicine residents and medical students

- $550,000+ total recruitment package
- Guaranteed base salary plus incentive
- ~7 twenty-four-hour shifts/month (84 annually)
