WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a dedicated and skilled Hospitalist - MD to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, balancing patient care with administrative duties. We are looking for a compassionate and proactive individual who is committed to providing exceptional care to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Work 8- or 12-hour shifts, averaging 40 hours per week; block scheduling not permitted.
- Cover 2 weekend days per month and 2–3 overnight shifts per month.
- Complete 14–17 shifts per month depending on month length and shift combination.
- Attend open ICU rounds and hospital codes; no procedural responsibilities required.
- Balance administrative duties with patient rounding.
Requirements
- Will consider an Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) physician.
- Must be Board Eligible/Board Certified (BE/BC) with great references.
